12.) You can prevent BRAIN FREEZE by pressing your tongue flat against the roof of your mouth, covering as much surface area as possible. Brain freeze happens because the nerves in the roof of your mouth get extremely cold, so your brain thinks your whole body is cold. It compensates by overheating which causes your head to hurt. By warming up the roof of your mouth, you'll chill your brain and feel better.

13.) If your hand falls asleep, rock your head from side to side. That'll wake your hand or arm up in less than a minute. Your hand falls asleep because of the nerves in your neck compressing so loosening your neck is the cure. If your foot falls asleep, that's governed by nerves lower in the body, so you need to stand up and walk around.

14.) Finally, this one's totally USELESS, but a nice trick. Have someone stick their arm out to the side, straight, palm down. Press down on his wrist with two fingers. He'll resist, and his arm will stay horizontal. Then, have him put his foot on a surface that's half an inch off the ground, like a stack of magazines, and do the trick again. Because his spine position is thrown off, his arm will fall right to his side, no matter how much he tries to resist.

Correct Way Of Cooking Noodles
The correct way to cook instant noodles without harming our bodies and health:
Normally, how we cook the instant noodles is to put the noodles into a pot with water, throw in the powder and let it cook for around 3 minutes and then it's ready to eat. This is the WRONG way and dangerous method of cooking the instant noodles like Maggi. By doing this, when we actually boil the ingredients in the powder,normally with MSG, it will change the molecular structure of the MSG, causing it to be toxic. The other thing that you may or may not realize is that, the noodles are coated with wax and it will take around 4 to 5 days for the body to excrete the wax after you have eaten the noodles.

CORRECT METHOD:

1. Boil the noodles in a pot of water.
2. Once the noodles are cooked, take out the noodles, and throw away the water which contains wax.
3. Boil another pot of water, add the cooked noodles into the hot boiling water and then turn off the stove.
4. Only at this stage when the stove is off, and while the water is very hot, add the flavouring powder into the water, to make noodle soup.
5. However, if you need dry noodles, remove the noodles and add the flavoring powder and toss it to get dry noodles.

1. Cut the plastic bottle in half.
2. Mix brown sugar with hot water. Let cool. When cold, pour in the bottom half of the bottle.
3. Add the yeast. No need to mix. It creates carbon dioxide, which attracts mosquitoes.
4. Place the funnel part, upside down, into the other half of the bottle, taping them together if desired.
5. Wrap the bottle with something black, leaving the top uncovered, and place it outside in an area away from your normal gathering area. (Mosquitoes are also drawn to the color black.)

Change the solution every 2 weeks for continuous control.

Bottled water in your car is very dangerous!

With all the food and pet products now coming from China, it is best to make sure you read label at the supermarket and especially when buying food products. Many products no longer show where they were made, only give where the distributor is located. The whole world is concerned about China-made “black-hearted goods”.

Can you differentiate which one is made in Taiwan or China ? The world is also concerned about GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) foods; steroid fed animals (ex: 45 days old

1. MULTI-TASKING

Women - Multiple process
Womens brains designed to concentrate multiple task at a time.
Women can Watch a TV and Talk over phone and cook.
Men - Single Process
Mens brains designed to concentrate only one work at a time. Men can not watch TV and talk over the phone at the same time. they stop the TV while Talking. They can either watch TV or talk over the phone or cook.

2. LANGUAGE


Women can easily learn many languages. But can not find solutions to problems. Men can not easily learn languages, they can easily solve problems. That's why in average a 3 years old girl has three times higher vocabulary than a 3 yeard old boy.

3. ANALYTICAL SKILLS


Mens brains has a lot of space for handling the analytical process. They can analyze and find the solution for a process and design a map of a building easily. But If a complex map is viewed by women, they can not understand it. Women can not understand the details of a map easily, For them it is just a dump of lines on a paper.

4. CAR DRIVING


While driving a car, mens analytical spaces are used in his brain. He can drive a car fastly. If he sees an object at long distance, immediately his brain classifies the object (bus or van or car) direction and speed of the object and he drives accordingly. Where women take a long time to recognize the object direction/ speed. Mens single process mind stops the audio in the car (if any), then concentrates only on driving.

5. LYING


When men lie to women face to face, they get caught easily. Womens super natural brain observes facial expression 70%, body language 20% and words coming from the mouth 10%. Mens brain does not have this. Women easily lie to men face to face.
So guys, do not lie face to face.

6. PROBLEMS SOLVING


If a men have a lot of problems, his brain clearly classifies the problems and puts them in individual rooms in the brain and then finds the solution one by one. You can see many guys looking at the sky for a long time. If a woman has a lot of problems, her brain can not classify the problems. she wants some one to hear that. After telling everything to a person she goes happily to bed. She does not worry about the problems being solved or not.

7. WHAT THEY WANT


Men want status, success, solutions, big process, etc... But Women want relationship, friends, family, etc...

8. UNHAPPINESS


If women are unhappy with their relations, they can not concentrate on their work. If men are unhappy with their work, they can not concentrate on the relations.

ध्यान का एक छोटा प्रयोग -

ध्यान का एक छोटा प्रयोग -
पालथी मारकर आराम से बैठ जाएँ | रीढ़ की हड्डी बिलकुल सीधी होनी चाहिए |आँखे बंद | दो चार सांस लें और छोड़ें आराम से | सारा ध्यान साँसों पर | बिलकुल साधारण सांस लें और छोड़ें | अपना सारा ध्यान साँसों पर केन्द्रित करें |सांस बिलकुल ऐसे हि लें और छोड़े जैसे आम तोर पर लेतें हैं | आपको अपना ध्यान सिर्फ साँसों पर लगाना है और कुछ नहीं करना है | कल्पना करें आप जो सांस ले रहें हैं यह पुरे शरीर में प्राण रूप में व्याप्त है |आपके शरीर के प्रत्येक कोशिका में प्राण का संचार हो रहा है |शरीर के कण कण में उर्जा भर रहा है | दस मिनट तक ऐसी कल्पना करें और डूबे रहें | अच्छा लगे तो बीस मिनट तक कर सकतें हैं | प्रति दिन करें

" अंतःकरण शुद्धि के अनुभूत प्रयोग " : -


जब रात्री को सोने लगें तो मन - ही मन अपने शरीर को छः भागों में बाँट लें ।


* पाँव से लेकर गुदापर्यन्त - माटी है ।
* गुदा से मुत्रेन्द्रिय पर्यन्त - जल है , पानी है ।
* मुत्रेन्द्रिय से नाभि पर्यन्त - अग्नि है ।
* नाभि से हृदय पर्यन्त - वायु है ।
* हृदय से कण्ठ पर्यन्त - आकाश है ।

* और कण्ठ से भौंहो { आँख से उपर जो बाल है } के बीच - मन है ।

क्योंकि , मन को ज्यादा काम इसी हिस्से में धूमफिरकर करना पड़ता है।
और उसके ऊपर समझ लें कि परमात्मा है ।

नारायण ! तो मिट्टी को पानी में और पानी को आग में , आग को हवा में , हवा को आसमान में और आसमान को मन में , मन को परमात्मा में लीन कर लें और सो जाये। और प्रातः जब नींद टूटे तो फिर परमात्मा में - से मन को और मन में - से आसमान , आसमान में - से वायु , वायु में - से अग्नि , अग्नि में - से जल , जल में - से पृथ्वी निकली और यह शरीर बन गया और फिर अपने इस शरीर का अध्यास करके माने आरोपित करके , कल्पित करके फिर इसमें बाहणत्व , हिन्दुत्व आदि की कल्पना करके व्यवहार में प्रवृत्त हो । शाम को सोते समय सबका बध करके , सबको मार करके सबका संहार करके अपने स्वरूप में सो जाये और प्रातः काल जब जगे तो अपने स्वरूप में से निकलकर और कल्पना करके कि यह हम व्यवहार में प्रवृत्त होते हैं । इस प्रकार यदि छः माह तक अभ्यास करे तो यह जो जाग्रत् अवस्था है, यह केवल स्वप्न के समान हो जायेंगी । अर्थात् प्रतिभासिक हो जायेगी और जो सुषुप्ति है वह समाधि हो जायेगी और अतःकरण की शुद्धि इसके द्वारा सम्पन्न होगी । काम , क्रोन , लोभादि सब स्वप्न के समान भासने लगेंगे । न कोई माला फेरना , न मंदिर जाना , न दान देना , न पूजा पाठ करना ।

लेकिन उपरोक्त अभ्यास तो करना पड़ेगा । बाकी आपकी मर्जी ।

कामोत्तेजना से बचने का उपाय:
युवा साधकों के समक्ष सबसे बड़ी बाधा है -- कामोत्तेजना|
यह एक सत्य है जिससे बचने के उपाय भी मनीषियों ने बताएं हैं|
विपरीत लिंग के व्यक्ति की उपस्थिति में युवा साधक कामोत्तेजित होकर एक उलझन में पड जाता है|
जब ऐसी स्थिति आ जाये तो घबराने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है|
आप मेरुदंड सीधा कर बड़ी शांति से बैठ जाएँ और उड्डियान बन्ध करें यानि फेफड़ों से बलपूर्वक सारी हवा बाहर निकाल कर पेट को अन्दर सिकोड़ लें और ऐसा भाव करें कि जननांगों में एकत्र समस्त ऊर्जा बापस मेरुदंड में जा कर नाभि की ओर जा रही है|
जब सांस लेना आवश्यक हो जाये तो सांस लें और बार बार उड्डियान बन्ध करते रहें| ऐसा तब तक करते रहें जब तक कामोत्तेजना शांत नहीं हो जाए|
यहाँ यह बता देना आवश्यक है कि मनुष्य की नाभि में एक ऐसी शक्ति है जो जननांगो से लौटती हुई ऊर्जा को ह्रदय की ओर प्रेषित कर देती है| यही ऊर्जा एक दिव्य प्रेम और भक्ति में परावर्तित हो जाती है|
साधक को दिन में तीन चार बार खाली पेट तीनों बन्ध (मूलबन्ध, उड्डियानबन्ध और जलंधरबन्ध) एकसाथ लगाकर अग्निसार क्रिया का अभ्यास करना चाहिए|
उपरोक्त अभ्यास आपके ब्रह्मचर्य में तो सहायक होगा ही, आपकी ध्यान साधना और कुंडलिनी जागरण में भी सहायक होगा|
कुण्डलिनी के बारे तरह तरह के उलटे सीधे लेख लिखकर अनेक भ्रांतियां फैलाई गयी हैं| कुण्डलिनी शक्ति आपकी प्राण ऊर्जा का ही एक घनीभूत रूप है| जिस ऊर्जा का आपकी बहिर्मुखी इन्द्रियों द्वारा निरंतर क्षय हो रहा है वही ऊर्जा ध्यान साधना में जब आपकी चेतना अंतर्मुखी हो जाती है तब मूलाधार चक्र में प्रकट हो ऊर्ध्वमुखी हो जाती है| यही कुण्डलिनी शक्ति है| इसका जागरण ही वीर्य का ऊर्ध्वगमन है| इसका आभास अजपा-जप के साधकों को भी शीघ्र हो जाता है|
साधक को मांस, मछली, अंडा, मदिरा और गरिष्ट भोजन के आहार का पूर्ण त्याग करना होगा| किसी भी परिस्थिति में कुसंग का पूर्ण त्याग करना होगा| सत्साहित्य और सत्संग के बारे में जितना लिखा जाये उतना ही कम है|
उपरोक्त साधना आपको न सिर्फ कामोत्तेजना से मुक्ति दिलाएगी बल्कि जीवन में तनाव को भी कम करेगी|

साधकों के लिए रात्रि को सोने से पहिले


साधकों के लिए रात्रि को सोने से पहिले का समय सर्वश्रेष्ठ होता है| इसके लिए तैयारी करनी पडती है|
सायंकालीन आहार जल्दी लें|
पूर्व या उत्तर की और मुंह करके कम्बल के आसन पर बैठकर सद्गुरु, परमात्मा और सब संतों को प्रणाम करें|
सद्गुरु प्रदत्त या इष्ट देव के मन्त्र का तब तक जाप करें जब तक आपका ह्रदय प्रेम से नहीं भर उठे| इतना जाप करें कि आप प्रेममय हो जाएँ| जीवन में एकमात्र महत्व उस प्रेम का ही है जो परमात्मा के प्रति आपके अंतर में है|
मूलाधार से आज्ञाचक्र तक (कुछ दिनों बाद सहस्त्रार तक) और बापस क्रमशः हरेक चक्र पर ओम का मानसिक जाप खूब देर तक करें जब तक आप को संतुष्टि न मिले| समापन आज्ञाचक्र पर ही करें|
अपनी सब चिंताएं और समस्याएँ जगन्माता को सौंपकर निश्चिन्त होकर वैसे ही सो जाएँ जैसे एक बालक माँ की गोद में सोता है| ध्यान रहे आप बिस्तर पर नहीं, माँ की गोद में सो रहे हैं| पूरी रात सोते जागते कैसे भी हो, जगन्माता की प्रेममय चेतना में ही रहें| संसार में जगन्माता को छोड़कर अन्य कोई भी आपका नहीं है| उनका साथ शाश्वत है जो जन्म से पूर्व, मृत्यु के बाद और निरंतर अनवरत आपके साथ है|
पूरे दिन भगवान का स्मरण रखें| यदि भूल जाएँ तो याद आते ही फिर स्मरण शुरू कर दें| मेरुदंड यानि कमर सदा सीधी रखें| याद आते ही कमर सीधी कर लें| दोपहर को यदि समय मिले तो फिर कुछ देर चक्रों में ओम का जाप कर लें| भागवत मन्त्र का यथासंभव खूब जाप करें|
धीरे धीरे आप की चेतना भगवान से युक्त हो जायेगी| भगवान से उनके प्रेम के अतिरिक्त और कुछ भी न मांगे| उन्हें पता है कि आपको क्या चाहिए| भगवान के पास सब कुछ है पर आपका प्रेम नहीं है जिसके लिए वे भी तरसते हैं| आप भगवान से इतना कुछ मंगाते हो, भगवान ने ही आपको सब कुछ दिया है तो क्या आप अपना पूर्ण प्रेम भगवान को नहीं दे सकते? ॐ तत्सत

सुबह उठ जाएँ ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में ! इस समय सारे वातावरण में प्राण वायु का आधिक्य होता है | पद्मासन में किसी शांत जगह पर बैठ जाएँ | निचे कोई आसन बिछा कर बैठें | खूब लम्बी लम्बी सांस लें बिलकुल आहिस्ते आहिस्ते , आराम से प्रेम से |जितनी क्षमता हो प्राण उर्जा को खींचे | उसी प्रकार आहिस्ते आहिस्ते धीरे सांस को छोड़ें | सांस को भीतर पांच सेकंड से ज्यादा न रोकें और न हीं सांस को छोड़ने में उतावलापन दिखाएँ | इक्कीस की संख्या तक सांस लेने के बाद पांच मिनट तक विश्राम करें | विश्राम की अवस्था में शरीर में जो भी प्राण स्पंदन हो रहा हो उसे अनुभव करें | इक्कीस , इक्कीस के तिन चक्र पूरा करें | तिन चक्र पूरा होने के बाद शरीर के भीतर की ताजगी को मह्शूश करें | अरे भाई कर के तो देखें क्या मह्शूश होता है ! फिर आ कर यहाँ टिप्पणी लिखना !
यह प्रयोग खाली पेट में सुबह में हीं करें |
हमारे भीतर के सारे नकारत्मक उर्जा का जड़ है हमारे भीतर प्राण ऊर्जा की कमी ! इस प्रयोग के द्वारा आपके भीतर प्राण ऊर्जा अदभुत रूप से बढ़ जायेगी !
